Push Notification

This notification feature is used to send bulk notifications to students/parents in the school app and can also be sent to all staff as well.

1.	Can we edit or delete the sent push notification? Yes, we can delete or edit sent notifications from the Notification List. Users need to have access to perform this action.
2.	Can the admin delete or update notifications sent by staff? Yes, it can be. Admin can go to the Custom Notification list and filter the notification from the list. Then selected notifications can be updated or deleted.
3.	4. Why are notifications from 3 years back shown in the new admitted student notification list? First of all, make sure what type of notification is showing and ask for a screenshot of the notification with the student for confirmation.
4.	Can one teacher see the other teacher's homework notification list? No, only the supervisor can see the other teachers' homework list. The teacher must have the same class section and subject access. Then only teachers can see the homework notification.
