Payment Method

Payment Method is used to create different payment methods that the school accepts for fee payments i.e. cash, bank, online transactions, and so on. This does not enable automatic transaction record keeping but helps ledgers to distinguish the mode of received payments. The From the discount and scholarship options we can define the discount and scholarship which needs to be provided to the students. From this option, we can define discounts and  options created here appear in the payment method dropdown in “Payment”.

 

How to add different Payment methods?

Ans:  Go to “Payment Method” inside “Settings”.On the right side of the screen under the “Add New Payment Method” option type the name of the new payment method and description if required. Click on submit to save.
